FOR CREATE VIRTUAL MACHINE
( WINDOWS SERVER 2008 )
- In this windows console just in the button Add , to create new Virtual Machine.
- Click New Virtual Machine Button to add new VM.
- Fill up this New Virtual Machine form. You can choose the memory and the hard disk. Click OK.

- You can see the Virtual Machine information you choose already in the windows and click Next.
- For the network you can choose from already created network or you can create new your own network.
- In this windows , you can create new network from choose Add Network from the list.

- For the network you can manual enter the ip or you can choose from static ip pool that automatic set the new ip for your windows.
- Click Next.

- Name your Network and click Next.

- After your conform about the ip or name , you can click button Finish or you can edit again your network information when click button Back.

- You can see that the VM already under you network and click Next.
- For this windows, your need to tick show network details first and change your connection to the publicNet.
- Click Next.

- Click Finish after confirm.

- Your can see in OneCloud Windows the VM already created in your vApp

- After the installations is success , you need to insert the CD the ISO or you can choose from the One Cloud Catalog.
- Right click in your new VM and choose Insert CD/DVD from Catalog.

- For this installations , just choose Windows 2008 media from the Catalog .
- Click Insert.

- You can see the media loading insert the VM.

- After finish the loading for insert the media, you need to power on first to run the windows.
- Right Click at the Vmware and choose power on.
- When the status on shows “Powered On”, right click on the virtual machine again and choose “Popout Console” – for first time user, you need to allow the connection from OneCloud portal to download the plugins and install it.
- After the plug in is installed, the new window will be opened and you will get the console for that machine and proceed with the installation of the OS as usual.
- After power on, you need to click the console to run the windows.

- When prompted for an installation language and other regional options, make your selection and press Next.

- Next, press Install Now to begin the installation process.

- Choose what os you want to install , for normally just choose standard only and click Next button.

- Read the all license term, if you agree with the term you can tick in the blank box and click Next, but if you not agree you can close this installation.

- When this box appear just click in the custom advance text

- In this windows, just click Next for install windows in the hard disk you already create.

- Wait until all installations windows finish.

- After finish the installation, and the computer restart, this windows will appear. Just click OK.

- Your need to create the password for this windows 2008 and click the button.Your password already success changed and click OK.
- Wait for a minute .

- You already success create the Windows Server 2008. Before you start, you need to One Cloud Windows again for run the VMware Tools.
- When the installation is finished, right click again on the virtual machine that we are working on, and choose “Eject CD/DVD”

- The virtual machine is now complete and we need to proceed with vmware tool installation
- In One Cloud Windows, you need to right click to the Vmware and choose to Install VMware Tools.

- After you choose to install Vmware Tools, you can go back to your console and you can see the installation Vmware Tools appears in your Windows Server 2008.
- Run the Vmware Tools by click the Run Setup.

- Wait until the Vmware Tools finish the extract the setup.
- When this windows appears just follow the instruction. Click Nect.
- You can choose the setup type and Click Next.
- After that click the button install.
- Wait until the installation complete.
- After complete , this windows will appear and click Finish.
- After finish the all installations you need to restart you windows.

- Just Ctrl + ALT+ DELETE or click in the circle keyboard.

- Enter your password again to in on your windows.

- Your Windows already created successfully. But when you see the network not run because they not yet force the recustomization.
- Shutdown the Windows Server again.
- After shutdown, just close the console. At One Cloud , just right click and choose power off the VM.
- Same like to power off the VM, just right click the VM and choose properties
- When the windows properties appear, choose Guest OS Customization.
- Tick the box Enable guest customization, allow local administrator password and key in the password windows server you create in the blank box.
- Click OK.
- After that, right click again the VM and choose the Power On and Force Recustomization.
- When the Console power on, just click the console to run the windows.
NETWORK SETUP.
- Click on the Network.
- You can see the network not connected to the internet.Click Manage Network Connection..
- On the Local Area Connection Properties, choose Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP / IP ).
- Click on the Properties button.
- You can see, your network don’t have the DNS. You need to call technician and ask them you DNS because all DNS not same in the company.
- After that Click OK.
- Click the Reset the network adapter if the windows appear but if not just click your network and Repair your Network.
- After that you can see the network run successfully.
- You can see in your internet can be run and you can continue with your work in Windows Server 2008.
ON FIREWALL
- After network is up, you need to enable the firewall for outside IP can ping inside IP.
- In One Cloud, you need go to Network.

- Right click the Network your created before this and click Configure Services

- When the Configure Services windows come out, you need to click the Add button to add the port you want to allow.

- You need to fill up the Firewall you want to create. This example allow ICMP to the Network.
- Click OK.
- After that, you will see the firewall already created in configure services windows.

- Go One Clud and see the Enternal IP.
- Open the CMD terminal and ping the External IP for your Windows. If the ping is success, your Network run correctly.
